now anyone can be a cartoonist for the New Yorker

the story

How can the New Yorker keep users on their site for longer, share more content from their site and attract a new audience?  By using the New Yorker's endless archive of cartoons I created a game that randomly pairs a cartoon with a caption from another comic. This allows even the least funny user to make their own New Yorker strip that could potentially funnier than the original cartoons.

the experience

Modeled after the New Yorker's clean and minimal website I created an easy to use interface that promotes sharing on social media.
